Student Profiles

Advertizing campaigns, client relations, market studies, new product development...

IFE assumes that the primary purpose of an international internship for undergraduates preparing business careers is to acquire the skills necessary for doing business inter-culturally. At the same time, an internship experience in Francophone Europe yields important comparative insights into ways of organizing business activity, labor relations, market regulation and the function of the private sector generally in society.

The placement process begins with the admissions application which includes a "placement form" which allows students to describe in detail what they wish to pursue during their semester of Field Study and Internship. From that point forward the process is completely individualized. It is not a list-based process.
The profiles and lists provided here are meant solely to demonstrate the variety of student academic/professional goals within the broad field of culture which can be accommodated by IFE’s programs}.
